It is official now; Samsung will request the return of all Galaxy Note 7 delivered

Samsung

This morning we told you that Samsung had decided to investigate the problems that the batteries of its brand new Galaxy Note 7 could be giving after two of these terminals exploded. It also seemed that one of the measures that the South Korean company was considering was to request the return of all the terminals sent, something that is now official and that has just been publicly communicated.

In an official statement, Samsung has acknowledged the problem affecting the Galaxy Note 7 and has confirmed that the distribution of its device has been canceled, at least for now. It will also request the return of all new Galaxy Note delivered to proceed with the replacement.

Also in the countries where the new terminal was going to be launched in the next few days, such as the case of Spain where it was going to hit the market on September 9, it has been suspended, although it is not ruled out that we could see the Galaxy Note 7 that same day if the problem can be solved immediately.

Samsung has officially confirmed that total explosions rise to 35, all due to battery issues, estimating that this problem affects 24 devices out of every million distributed. However, no matter how small the problem may seem, it exists and with respect to other problems, it occurs in too high a percentage.

These problems are undoubtedly a big problem for Samsung, which sees how its new flagship is involved in a problem that will cut its sales greatly and that will be very difficult to forget for all users who had in mind to acquire a new Galaxy Note 7.

Do you think Samsung is right in making the decision to suspend the sale of the Galaxy Note 7?.

It is something outrageous for a user like me from Central America after having made the pre-purchase on the Samsung page to realize this type of inconvenience in the device that not only affects the functional part of the terminal but also puts physical integrity at risk . Simply disappointed and unwilling to acquire it. I will keep my S7 edge although it is not the same.

It seems good to me. It is necessary to know how to accept mistakes and much more the gesture of samsung is valued, since it could calmly not return anything and not take charge. From now on it is a successful decision. wait for the solution and be able to acquire a note 7.

It is great to recognize mistakes. It is the best option that the Samsung company has to collect the note7, demonstrating responsibility and security in that people are not at risk in their integrity. . Good samsung
