Cosori launches a premium double-tray air fryer

Last update: 5 September 2026

FA 2026 is making it clear that smart homes are no longer just about connecting a device to your phone. Cosori and Levoit took advantage of the Berlin trade fair to present two products that aim to solve much more everyday problems. On the one hand, there's the Cosori ICONIC Dual, a double-basket air fryer that prioritizes better materials and greater flexibility. On the other, the Levoit Eleva 300X, a purifier designed specifically for the bedroom and for those who want to forget about constantly monitoring air quality. Two different offerings, but with a common goal: to let technology do more work and reduce our intervention.

The Cosori ICONIC Dual has a total capacity of 8,6 liters, distributed between two independent 4,3-liter baskets, and allows you to cook two dishes using different temperatures and times. The Sync and Match functions allow both dishes to finish simultaneously or to copy the same settings to both baskets. It also features seven cooking modes, 2.700 W of power, and VeSync control, which includes guided recipes and charts for over 90 ingredients. I find the use of PFAS-free ceramic-coated baskets particularly interesting, along with a stainless steel and tempered glass construction that attempts to justify its rather hefty price tag of €369. The Levoit Eleva 300X takes a different approach. Its sensors measure PM1,0, PM2,5, and PM10 particles and automatically adjust the purification. The app also interprets changes in air quality and allows you to see what happened during your sleep. It offers a CADR of 272 cubic meters per hour, operates between 19 and 50 dB and uses HEPA filters whose lifespan can reach 24 months.

Cosori finally launches its online store in Spain

The interesting thing about both devices isn't so much adding another touchscreen or an app, but rather trying to reduce friction. The Cosori might make a lot of sense for families or those who regularly use an air fryer as an oven substitute, although its price of €369 clearly places it in the high-end range. The Levoit Eleva 300X, at €170, seems like a more justifiable option for bedrooms, allergy sufferers, or homes where air quality is a particular concern. In both cases, there are smart features that can be genuinely useful (without turning the kitchen or bedroom into a control room), which is probably the best way for home automation to continue gaining ground in our homes.
