Little by little the surprise that Apple has prepared for tomorrow is unraveling September 12. The last leaked information refers to the amount of RAM that the new models will have.
Remember that, if the leaks are successful, we will have up to 3 new models. What's more, we already know that Apple will skip the logical evolution of every year and bet on a new numbering: iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. These models will be the "entry range" and will replace the current models. Apparently these two versions will have an LCD screen. Meanwhile, the model that commemorates 10 years since the launch of the first iPhone. This one will be baptized as iPhone X and will bet on an AMOLED panel with True Tone technology like the one you can already enjoy on the iPad Pro that is receiving such good reviews.
But besides being able to count with storages of up to 512 GB -Look at the figure-, the amount of RAM that the three models will use has been filtered by a developer of the firm. And sadly, there will be no surprises in this regard. It looks like, iPhone 8 will have 2 GB of RAM; The iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X would bet on a 3 GB RAM memory. To give you an idea, these figures correspond to those that we can find in the current iPhone 7 (2 GB) and iPhone 7 Plus (3 GB).
It is true that if we compare these amounts of RAM with high-end models on Android, Apple continues to lose. But it is also true that the performance of iOS on these computers - and with these technical specifications - make operation is smooth and no more quantity is needed than usual.
