Jabra today announced the launch of Jabra ClearSpeech, an AI-powered solution to eliminate unwanted noise from calls and deliver a clearer, better audio experience.
Jabra ClearSpeech, Launched as an integrated part of Engage AI, the goal is to help workers with what really matters on a call: the conversation with the other person. By enhancing the voice and eliminating background noise, it provides headset users with better understanding.
This software suppresses noise in conversations and improves the voice of calls through AI, which “distinguishes” between what is voice and what is not voice (such as echoes, or various background noises: music, radio, barking dogs, traffic, etc.). In addition to elevating the user experience with better audio, AI would also improve its accuracy in converting speech to text, for comprehensive optimization.
The feature will be available directly in the Engage AI voice training software. Combined with a headset Jabra, Employees would gain complete control over the quality of the conversation and improve their well-being, productivity and comfort.
We analyzed millions of calls to design this new tool. If one of the callers is calling from a busy street, from a car with the radio on, or from a place with a poor connection, those conditions will inevitably affect the conversation. And that is what Jabra ClearSpeech is going to fix. Facilitating a clear conversation through our technology is a big priority for Jabra, and one we are working hard on, especially as voice becomes more and more important when it comes to AI commands.
Jabra ClearSpeech will be available in all markets and is compatible with all Jabra headsets. Users of Engage 40 and Engage 50 II will have the ability to control Clearspeech directly on the hardware via control units.
