Samsung stops entering just over 17.000 million after withdrawing the Galaxy Note 7

Galaxy Note 7

The launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has become a real problem for the Korean company. As soon as the first terminals arrived on the market, the first terminal fire problems began to appear when loading was carried out. As the days passed more and more users were affected by this problem and Samsung began to withdraw all the terminals that had been launched on the market to replace them with others, which in theory solved the problem of explosions, fires and spontaneous combustion. But again, problems with the terminals replaced by Samsung came to light, forcing the company last Monday to suspend production.

But apparently Samsung is not clear about the problem and finding the solution to it seems that it will take longer than the company believed and yesterday decided to withdraw the device from sale and try to recover all the terminals that so far have not presented any operating problems, whether they were of the first or second generation.

At the cost of replacing the first batch of terminals, estimated at about $ 1.000 billion, the Korean company has to stop counting on the 17.000 million you thought to get from sales of this terminal in the remainder of the year and part of next year. Keep in mind that the Christmas period is approaching and Samsung had opted for the Note 7 as the object of desire of many users for this Christmas.

Samsung played a lot with this terminal that did not stop showing problems and has taken the fastest and safest route for the company and users, despite the fact that a good amount of money will stop coming in, but the brand image must be maintained and the company did not want to be involved in endless user disputes, and they also want to settle the issue of being the company of the phones that burn themselves.

What we don't know is To what extent the Note range will remain on the market, since it is associated with terminals that caught fire, so the next generation could change the name so that users do not continue to associate it with the problems that the Note 7 has shown during its short life on the market.
