The Korean company continues to advance the launches of its most representative devices. We already saw it with the Galaxy S9, a presentation that was a month earlier compared to the previous year's presentation of the S8. Now it seems that it is the turn of the Galaxy Note 9. According to a large number of rumors, Samsung plans to introduce the Note 9 on August 2 or 9.
In previous years, the company has always delayed filing until the end of August, a few days before the presentation of the iPhone shift. But it seems that the Note 9 will not be the only device that the company presents, since it could also be accompanied by the Gear S4, Samsung's smartwatch managed by Tizen.
Samsung has presented all Gear S models at the IFA held every year at the beginning of September in Berlin, so we'll have to wait to see what the chaebol Korean at this event.
What's new in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9
The main novelty that we are going to find inside the Galaxy Note 9 is the size of the battery, which goes from 3.300 mAh to 4.000 mAh, a logical increase considering that the size of the device and the screen is greater than that of the S9 +, a model that integrates the same battery as the Note 8.
The cameras of this new generation will remain horizontal, but this time, the fingerprint sensor is at the bottom of the camera and not next to it like the Note 8. A few days ago, the rumors about the possibility of Samsung using wearOS as an operating system of the second best-selling smartwatch in the world, behind the Apple Watch. The Gear S4 will continue to be managed by Tizen OS and will include a larger battery, specifically 90 mAh more than its predecessor, so if the battery life was already good, now it can be fantastic.
But, it is not the only novelty that we will find in the Gear S4, since Samsung could add a new color, gold, to thus expand the number of potential customers. In previous years, the Gear S have been available in silver and black under the Classic and Frontier designations.
