Samsung will present a new Galaxy Tab at the Mobile World Congress

Galaxy Tab MWC

El Mobile World Congress As it is held every year in Barcelona, it is just around the corner, and there are not a few manufacturers that have begun to set a date for their conferences within the prestigious event. One of them has been Samsung, which this time will not present its new flagship in the mobile phone market, but will not stop showing other devices.

Yesterday in the late afternoon the South Korean company sent us the invitation for an event on next February 26, within the framework of the MWC, and which leaves little doubt that we will see a new version of the Galaxy Tab, although at the moment its name has not been released and we do not know if it will be the Galaxy Tab S3 or another totally new device.

Rumors have already been triggered and suggest that we will see a device with the following features and specifications;

  • 9.6-inch screen with a resolution of 2048 × 1536
  • Snapdragon 820 processor
  • RAM memory of 4GB
  • 12 megapixel rear camera
  • 5 megapixel front camera
  • Android Nougat 7.0 operating system

There is no doubt that we are not facing just any tablet, and if we are facing a device that will try to stand up to Apple's iPad, which is still the true king of the market.

Yes, unfortunately Samsung's event will be a bit decaffeinated and we all had the presentation, along with this new Galaxy Tab, of the Galaxy S8, but finally the South Koreans have decided to delay its official presentation, we imagine that to avoid the many problems that plagued the Galaxy Note 7 and that they ended up permanently withdrawing it from the market.
