Scuba V3, the Aiper robot that cleans the pool while you sleep

Last update: July 3, 2026

Keeping a pool clean in summer is usually one of those chores that no one misses when they don't have one. Leaves overnight, accumulated dust, debris after several swims, and that feeling of arriving at your vacation home to find the water less inviting than expected. Aiper wants to solve precisely that problem with its new Scuba V3, an autonomous pool cleaning robot that promises to leave the pool ready every morning without the user having to intervene.

The main idea behind the Scuba V3 is simple: to work when you're not using the pool. To achieve this, the device incorporates a nighttime maintenance system based on artificial intelligence, allowing it to schedule cleaning cycles overnight and take advantage of off-peak hours. So, instead of cleaning before swimming, the robot gets ahead and prepares the pool for the next day.

Its operation is managed through the Aiper app. From there, the user can start it, schedule weekly cycles, and let the system learn the pool's characteristics. According to the brand, the robot analyzes the surroundings, detects debris in real time, and recalculates its route to improve coverage. This navigation system combines computer vision, artificial intelligence, and dToF sensors, enabling it to identify priority areas, avoid obstacles, and reduce unnecessary travel.

In pure cleaning, the Scuba V3 comes with a suction power of 18.170 liters per hour, It features dual brushes and a filtration system capable of capturing particles between 180 and 3 microns. It also includes waterline cleaning via an automated side jet, an area where dirt tends to accumulate and which many robots don't clean very well.

Another important point is comfort. It weighs 8,2 kg, activates with a click, and has an automatic charging base. Once the cycle is complete, it returns to the waterline and sends a notification to the mobile device. Furthermore, Aiper emphasizes that the visual processing is performed on the device itself, without a cloud connection, and is TÜV privacy certified.

The Scuba V3 is now available at the official Aiper store and Authorized distributors with a special price of 999 euros. It's not a cheap accessory, but it's clearly aimed at those who want to enjoy the pool without turning its maintenance into a daily routine.
