From Microsoft, Electronics Arts y Square Enix finally it was the turn of the Japanese multinational Sony. The biggest video game fair officially starts today, although almost all developers have already presented most of the news that will arrive throughout this year and the next.
Although the PlayStation 4, including the Pro model, is showing signs of fatigue in the market, the company remains unannounced when it plans to launch the fifth (or sixth as you see it) generation of the PlayStation. At this event, Sony has presented its main novelties and among which we find The Last of Us 2, Control, Resident Evil 2 and Spiderman, the only Marvel character to which Sony continues to have the rights.
The negative point that we have found in the presentation that Sony has made at E3 2018 is that in most cases, final release dates have not been announced, and those that have been confirmed are in most cases for the end or beginning of next year. In fact, some titles may be presented again at E3 2019 since, according to the announced dates, they will not reach the market until the middle or end of next year.
The Last of Us 2
How could it be otherwise, Sony has started the event with a trailer for The Last Of Us 2, which unfortunately the company has not informed about its release date, so we will have to wait a few months to see if Sony reveals the expected release date.
Spiderman
Marvel's superhero appeal is at its peak and the grossing figures for Avengers: Infinity Wars and Black Phanter are some very clear examples. Spiderman is the only Marvel character that remains in Sony's hands today and it is clear that seeing the success of this character he has no intention of getting rid of him.
After the new reboot of this character with the movie Spiderman Homecomming, Sony also wants to take advantage of its pull in the world of video games. In the new video game for PS4 that will hit the market on September 7, we can see the spider man fight Negative, Rhino, Scorpion, Electro and Vulture. Ghost of Tsushima
Although it has not been revealed what will be the mechanics game of Ghost Tsushima, this new game from Sucker Punch Games studios, is a hack and slash action game set in the Japan of the samurai. At the moment, there is no scheduled release date.
Death Stranding
The new game of creator of Metal Gear Solid, Hideo Kojima is called Death Stranding, a trailer starring Norman Reedus (Daryl in The Walking Dead series). In the trailer we can see the protagonist wandering through different scenarios in which he gives us to understand that his job is to transport people and / or objects from one place to another until things get complicated.
Resident Evil 2

Control
