Apple claims iOS 10.2.1 fixes iPhone 6 and 6s sudden shutdowns

For a few weeks, many users have been experiencing problems with the battery of all devices in the iPhone 6 range, including all models. While is true that some of them had a factory problem in the batteries and Apple opened a replacement program to change them at no cost to the user, many others were seeing their device's battery life rapidly diminishing. Others, however, saw how when it reached 30% charge, the device turned off and did not turn on again until we connected it to a power source.

Apple has remained silent in the face of user discomfort, something that has annoyed many of its customers. As published by TechCrunch, Apple claims that the latest iOS update, 10.2.1, fixes this problem that has affected a large number of devices, at least in 80% of them. Apparently the problem was due to a poor distribution of battery power. Apparently the software of these devices did not distribute the power well in this way the device had no choice but to turn off considering that the battery had already run out of charge.

This update has also fixed the problem of sudden shutdown of your devices when you still have battery, thanks to this update user will be able to turn it on again without having to connect it to a charger. The company states if any customer continues to have problems with their device, they should contact the nearest Apple Store so that they can try to find out if there is an additional problem not covered in this update. Currently Apple is already developing the next major update to iOS, 10.3, an update that will bring us a large number of new features in the form of functions and new customization modes.
