First indications of the successor to the OnePlus 3T

OnePlus 3T 'Midnight Black'

When we talk about OnePlus, you have to do a little memory and go back to its beginnings. And I am not saying this so that we realize how much the Chinese company has improved with their products -which also- but in the beginning many did not give two dollars for them due to the low price policy with which they started and today we can say that they are the most competitive alternative in mid-high-end devices. Obviously part of the blame for all this is the good work done to date by OnePlus, his latest device the OnePlus 3T is really spectacular taking into account the value for money and now the rumors of the new model for this year are reaching the network ...

In the devices of the Chinese brand, 6GB of RAM has been reached in their devices and this is something that none of the big ones seem to want to fight to add so much RAM. In this case we have the doubt if the company will continue to increase this figure although some manufacturers have already come out warning that it is not necessary to have these 6GB of RAM since the operating system does not take advantage of them. In any case the current OnePlus 3T have a quad-core Kryo 2 processor at 2.35 GHz, 2 at 1.6 GHz, along with an Adreno ™ 530 GPU, 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB / 128GB UFS 2.0 storage and all kinds of sensors: the fingerprint sensor, Hall sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and electronic compass.

For this next version I could add the new processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, reach 8 GB of RAM and maybe the double camera on the back, but this is something that remains in the first rumors that have appeared and that we will have to continue seeing. Regarding the design of this next generation of the OnePlus, it does not seem that the company wants to risk too much but it is evident that if they change the design it will be for the better since the firm has been doing well since that first model launched. In principle it should be called OnePlus 4, but it is not clear whether this will be its name. For this summer or even a little before we will leave doubts.
