Google solves new security problems in its software

Google fixes Android problems

Being an Android user in recent weeks has been quite complicated mainly due to the big security issues that all devices have suffered, such is the case that, according to the latest news published on specialized security pages, several million devices could have been infected. Google just announced the release of various patches that resolve all these vulnerabilities, including QuadRooter, perhaps the most dangerous.

It must be recognized that the response speed of Google engineers has been quite high, providing their software with a series of improvements that eliminate these vulnerabilities and even fix possible problems caused. Among the vulnerabilities detected, one should highlight one by which it was possible to mask a maleare within a modified JPEG image. Thanks to this a user was capable of hijacking any phone just by getting the owner to click on the image that used to be attached to an email.

Google manages to solve all the security problems detected in Android

Another of the vulnerabilities detected and corrected has to do with malware CallJam y DressCode, both with quite a presence in Google Play in recent weeks. On the one hand, CallJam is a malware that made calls to premium numbers without our permission while DressCode was capable of taking administrator permissions and even corrupting our local network.

Finally I would like to talk to you about QuadRooter, a dangerous malware that managed to put in check almost a billion android devices just a few weeks ago. After this last update all these terminals seem to be out of danger.
