This year the MWC is a bit disheveled, and that we already know that at least Huawei will not miss the appointment. Disheveled for knowing that Samsung will not present its flagship in Barcelona and that even Xiaomi has skipped its presence to look for its own event over the following weeks for the presentation of the Mi 6.
HMD Global if it will be one of the participants, and possibly one of the stars of the MWC introducing the Nokia 6 and three new Android smartphones that will take their space to capture the eyes of the public present. We can confirm this from a new report that arrived just a few hours ago.
The Finnish-based company holds the exclusive global license to sell Nokia-branded phones, which will be smartphones and tablets. Android for the next 10 years. This means that we will have to get used to the idea of having this brand around these lines for quite some time.
Aside from the Nokia 6, which is already available in China, HMD Global will announce the Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 at the Mobile World Congress 2017. The Nokia 5 is expected to have the Snapdragon 430 chip, exactly the same as the Nokia 6, although here it is accompanied by a 5,2-inch 720p screen, 2 GB of RAM and a rear camera 12 MP. The phone would come at an approximate price of 199 euros.
On the other hand, there is the Nokia 3 as an entry phone that will have a cost of € 149. The other phone that we are missing is a modern version of the Nokia 3310, one of the brand's most famous devices and that will be able to focus the eyes of many at the Mobile World Congress.
HMD Global has scheduled a event on February 26 at MWC 2017 to showcase all these phones. Interesting days for Android.
