Design and materials: At the height of the premium
As for the design, ILIFE has decided to continue maintaining its design patterns, which are basically those shared by the vast majority of devices of this type. In this case we are faced with a device of 350 x 350 x 94,5 millimeters for a total weight that exceeds 3,5 kilograms, within industry standards.
For the lower part, there are two wheels with cushioning, the multidirectional wheel on the front and a mixed silicone roller and nylon brushes to offer a thorough cleaning on all types of surfaces. At the top we have the LiDAR sensor commanding the device, two ON/OFF buttons and back to the charging station and a piano black surface that will delight fans of dust and fingerprints. No eccentricity beyond its peculiar charging system.
East, far from having pins at the base of the device, it is located at the front with two elongated metallic zones that will coincide with their equals in the charging base, connected to the electric current. I do not know the impact that this may have at the level of electrical risk, honestly, I prefer the classic pins located at the base of the device.
Technical characteristics
This ILIFE A11 has ROHS certification as well as a maximum suction power of up to 4.000 Pa depending on the cleaning mode that we have selected. To do this, it is equipped with a 5.200 mAh battery that gives us a cleaning of approximately 180 minutes. with the most economical suction mode. We have not been able to verify this extreme because the size of the house used for the review is much smaller than the cleaning capabilities of the ILIFE A11, that is, we have not managed to drain more than 50% of its battery.
- We have a multi-surface mapping system
Has technology LiDAR 2.0 which does some pretty interesting and fast mapping, getting roughly 3.000 samples per second for a maximum range of 8 meters. The CV-Slam algorithm has shown good results in the analysis carried out, mapping obstacles such as beds, sofas and even tables well. After the second cleaning, it greatly optimizes performance and speeds up the procedure in a sovereign way, something that is very appreciated on a floor, where the device cannot be left to its own devices.
Cleaning modes and 2-in-1 system
We highlight the fact that ILIFE ensures that in the A11 model we have a true two-in-one scrubbing and vacuum system. Although this is a reality that we must clarify, we do have a single tank for water and dirt, 500ml for rubble and only (but enough) 200 for water. In this case, it is striking that it has a "scrubbing" system that simulates manual exercise by moving slightly, this makes it somewhat more efficient and avoids fogging. However, as I usually say, these mops are rather designed to give a touch to parquet or wooden floors, and they get along especially badly with ceramic floors where they leave a multitude of water marks.

This is one more reason to keep in mind that this ILIFE A11 is an alternative full of high-end features at a price that is more in the mid-range. You already know that the scrubbing capacities as a general rule are far from those offered by manual scrubbing systems, but suction, 3D scanning and its suction power make it a very interesting option.
