According to my experiments, Waifu does an excellent job with quite interesting results, as can be seen in the image that I put above.
Available this direction, this online tool is very efficient, although it brings its own limitations. For example, you can enlarge photos with a 5MB max size, and you can reduce noise in images with a 3000 x 3000 pixel maximum resolution. On the other hand, upscalling (scaling) can be done up to 1500 x 1500 pixels.
Similarly, the upscaling process can be carried out at a rate of 1.6x or 2x. With 2X speed, an image of 640 x 304 pixels and a size of 300KB can reach the dimension of 1280 x 608 pixels and 1.6MB.
