On January 9, 2007 Steve Jobs publicly and officially announced the launch of the first iPhone in history, in an incomparable setting such as the Macworld Conference & Expo after a lot of rumors and speculation. That mobile device that was considered by Time magazine as the "Invention of the Year" hit the market on June 29 of that same year. We all know the rest of the story, but a new page could be being written in Cupertino with the development of the iPhone Edition, until now known as iPhone X.
And it is that the iPhone has been 10 years since its arrival on the market and Apple is not willing to miss the opportunity to celebrate this milestone and especially to take advantage of it with the launch of a smartphone that could revolutionize the mobile phone market if it finally becomes a reality.

Until a few days ago we all knew this new iPhone as iPhone X, but the latest leaks, published by the prestigious Japanese media Mac Otakara, it seems that it will finally be baptized as iPhone Editiom, following the step of the Apple Watch Edition. This Japanese media outlet has a great reputation, thanks to its many successes on previous occasions.
Apple for its part, and as you already assumed, has not confirmed absolutely anything officially about this new mobile device, and we will only get rid of all the doubts that we still have next September when the iPhone Edition is officially presented.
Characteristics and specifications
There is much talk about the possible features and specifications of the new iPhone Edition, but almost all the rumors point to a Premium design, with glass or ceramic finishes and a OLED display, of which at the moment it is not very clear what its size would be. At first it seemed that this would be 5.8 inches, but now rumor has it that it could finally have just 5 inchs.
Another of the most striking features of this new iPhone would be the absence of frames on the front of the terminal, following the steps initiated by Xiaomi with its Xiaomi Mix. For a long time I have been a regular user of an iPhone, although not one of those that with each renewal that Apple launches on the market, it is launched to acquire it without thinking about anything else. The company that Timn Cook runs needs to introduce improvements in their mobile devices that make them more attractive, but without a doubt and in a very personal opinion we do not need an iPhone Edition, loaded with news and interesting improvements and with a high price.

The real news will come from the hand of the iPhone Edition, whose price will deprive many users of being able to acquire it.
