According to the leaked images, the Galaxy S8 Active reinforces the design of the S8 and makes it more resistant to aspects such as adverse weather conditions, rain, etc. So their frames are somewhat more voluminous, as their function is better protect the screen against breakage, while incorporating shock protection in its four corners, whose screws are visible.
In addition, the Galaxy S8 Active has IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, which means it can be submerged for up to thirty minutes, with a MIL-STD-810G rating, which means is able to withstand harsher climatic conditions and survive severe impacts.
The other great improvement of the Galaxy S8 Active is its 4.000 mAh battery, which is a significant increase from the S3.000's 8 mAh.
