Today we had the day before the start of the Mobile World Congress with one of the most important appointments of the event that is being held these days in Barcelona. We are talking of course about the official presentation of the new LG G6, of which we already knew almost all its details and specifications thanks to the different leaks, but of which we still needed to know some aspects.
Of course we have not missed the presentation event of the new LG flagship and although now we will do a comprehensive review of this new terminal, we can already tell you that we have been pleasantly surprised, mainly by the good design of the LG G6. which will also be accompanied by an enormous power and a camera that, as is usual in mobile devices from the South Korean manufacturer, will offer us the possibility of taking photographs of enormous quality and definition.

The LG G5 was presented on the market with a modular design with which it tried to offer users different add-ons to get the most out of it. The revolutionary novelty did not convince almost anyone and LG has decided to make it history, officially presenting a LG G6 that has a unibody design, in which not even the battery is replaceable. Of course, this allows us to see a waterproof smartphone thanks to the IP68 certification.
This new mobile device draws attention to a great extent for its huge front screen, which has very narrow top and bottom bezels. To this we must also add the very thin, between 6.7 and 7.2 millimeters that round off an almost perfect design.
The last positive aspect in terms of design is found in the back, where LG has been able to correct past errors and have made it completely flat and that both the camera and the fingerprint sensor do not protrude a bit. only millimeter, something that so far other manufacturers have not achieved. This is more than positive when it comes to placing a cover or when putting it on any flat surface.

LG G6, high performance and software to match
LG has confirmed in the official presentation of its new flagship, that they have relied on users and their opinions to achieve an LG G6, which has much of what any user wants to have. For all this, this terminal has a larger screen, it is resistant to water and many other things, each more interesting.
The most striking thing about the mobile device is its huge 5.7-inch screen, which has a 2880 × 1440 pixel QHD + resolution and that draws a lot of attention for the 18: 9 ratio that the company has dubbed FullVision.
In addition, the screen has technology DolbyVisionHDR10, which will allow us that when viewing a movie, everything becomes more inverse. To achieve this, LG has partnered with neither more nor less than with Amazon and Netflix that will create content on their different platforms adapted to these technologies.
As for the software we are installed inside this LG G6 with Android 7.1 Nougat or what is the same, the latest version of Google's mobile operating system, with LG's own personalization layer and with the additional spice of Google Assistant, the search giant's intelligent assistant, which for now will be available in English and German but is expected to grow very soon in terms of the number of languages refers.
The camera, outstanding in every way
At the moment we have only been able to test the LG G6 camera for a few minutes in the living room that the company has enabled to see and touch the device, but the sensations that it has left us have been more than good, to the point of being able to say that is at the height of the best cameras on the market.
In the new LG G6 flagship we will find a double rear camera with two 13 megapixel sensors, a main one with f / 1.8 and a secondary one which is the one with the 125º wide angle.
The front camera is only 5 megapixels, but it is much brighter than that of the LG G5, something for which the previous LG terminal was highly criticized.
Price and Availability
Although at the moment LG has not confirmed an official date for the arrival on the market of this LG G6, it has confirmed that it will be available worldwide, in a large number of countries.
The price of the new LG flagship will once again be below that of most of the so-called high-end terminals and it is that we can acquire it for $699. Will be available in Platinum (gray), Mystic White and Astral Black.
