And although mobiles do not belong to the high end of the catalog, companies put all their meat on the grill as is the case with LG K8 and LG K10 version 2018.
The korean did not want to wait for the celebration of the Mobile World Congress which will start next Monday in Barcelona. And it has officially presented - during the fair it will physically show them - the 2018 versions of the LG K8 and LG K10. Of course, highlighting the presence of improved cameras as the main claim.
Let's start with the LG K8 2018. This model will have a 5-inch diagonal screen achieving a maximum HD resolution (1.280 x 720 pixels). Meanwhile, inside we will have a 4-core processor -no model specified- running at 1,3 GHz and a 2GB RAM. To this set will be added a storage space of 16 GB and the possibility of using MicroSD cards of up to 32 GB.
As for your rear camera we will get a 8 megapixel sensor, while the front camera will reach 5 megapixels. The LG K8 2018 will have a 2.500 milliamp battery capacity and will unfortunately come with Android 7.1.2 Nougat instead of Android 8.0 Oreo.
For its part, the LG K10 2018 will have a multi-touch diagonal of 5,3 inches with HD resolution (1.280 x 720 pixels). Inside we will have an 8-core processor running at 1,5 GHz and in the RAM and storage part we will have two options. The first would be a version of the LG K10 2018 with 2 GB of RAM and a storage space of 16 GB. The other option would be to have a 3 GB RAM memory and this will accompany it of 32 GB of space to save files. Of course, both versions will be capable of holding MicroSD cards of up to 2 TB capacity.
In the photography part, the LG K10 2018 will have a 13 megapixel resolution rear camera and an 8 megapixel front sensor that will allow you to play with depth and get effect results bokeh. The battery of this model reaches the 3.000 milliamps capacity and the Android version, like its younger brother, is also Android 7.1.2 Nougat.
Likewise, we must tell you that both models have a fingerprint reader on the back of the chassis that, according to the company, will not only allow you to unlock the terminals more easily and quickly, but will also give you access to various photography tools such as the "Quick Shutter" function to take photos more quickly and "Quick Capture" to take screenshots in less time.
Another feature that you can find in both models is the ability to listen to FM radio, as well be able to create GIF images thanks to one of the tools that the company adds to both models and that you can use with both the front and rear cameras. His name is "Flash Jump Shot", which takes up to 20 images every three seconds and joins them to create fun GIFs.
If we refer only to the LG K10 2018, it will have "Phase Detection Auto Focus" (PDAF), which is 23% faster than traditional autofocus. In addition, both models will have HDR function to get clearer and sharper photos, in addition to having functions such as Automatic Shoot, Gesture Shot, Flash Virtual Selfie and Quick Share.
Finally, a last function that is added to the photography section is the call "Flash Timer Helper", which consists of counting the remaining seconds for the mobile to take the photo using the flash as a visual aid for the countdown. Unfortunately, and as is customary for the brand with new releases, it has not offered information about the launch of its sale or what the price of both models will be.
