Microsoft is auctioning off an Xbox One S in tribute to Paul Walker

If you like racing movies, surely you have enjoyed the 8 films that have been made so far in the Fast and Furius saga, where Paul Walker and Vin Diesel are the protagonists, at least they were until the seventh film, since shortly before ending the filming of it, Paul Walker died in a traffic accident on November 13, 2013, which forced the producer to use his brother as a double in addition to inserting his face in the last scenes that were yet to be shot. Now Microsoft wants to pay tribute to Paul Walker by auctioning a unique console.

This console, only one unit has been manufactured, is a normal Xbox One S, without any extra hardware, but its exterior shows us the same design that Paul Walker wore in the first Fast and Furios movie on the 2 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1995G who was driving. But that is not the only exclusivity of this console, since all those who were part of the team of the seven films in which I participated in this saga have signed the console. In order to participate, Microsoft has put up for sale a series of participants that have a price of 20 dollars.

All the money raised will go to the NGO Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW), an organization created by Paul Walker and that is dedicated to providing aid to all those affected by natural disasters. In fact, shortly before his death, Paul Walker went to Chile to collaborate in the rescue efforts due to the terrible earthquake that struck the country. Currently his brother is the one in charge of this organization, who has stated that he is delighted with the idea that Microsoft has had.

This auction coincides with the hurricanes that have devastated the coast of the United States and the earthquake in Mexico, hence Microsoft has had this excellent idea right now.
