Samsung has invited today a huge number of media, specialized in technology, to the event that will be held within the framework of the IFA 2017 that like every year is celebrated in Berlin. Until a few minutes ago there were some doubts about what we could see in this event, but the doubts have been cleared thanks to a mistake made by an advertising company.
And is that In the very center of Berlin a billboard has appeared showing an advertisement for an unknown Samsung Gear Sport, that everything indicates that we can see today officially at the Berlin event.
This new Gear Sport looks very much like the Gear S2, which we could see exactly two years ago in the same city. Of course, everything indicates that although externally we do not see any difference with respect to the previous model of the smartwatch of the South Korean company, internally we will find interesting news, among which rumors suggest that it could have resistance to water up to 5 ATM.
It is also possible that we can see the incorporation of a small microphone that allows us to communicate with Bixy, Samsung's virtual assistant that we met with the arrival of the Galaxy S8 and that unfortunately is not yet available in Spanish.
At the moment the Samsung Gear Sport is just a smart watch that we have learned about thanks to a billboard, but that could be a reality and official throughout the afternoon.
