Our impressions with the BlackBerry KEYone at MWC

Just yesterday another of the new BlackBerry devices leaked onto the net and today we want to publicize the impressions we feel when using and testing for a while at the company's stand, which has to be its flagship for this year, the BlackBerry KEYone. The truth is that the impressions when you have it in your hand are somewhat contradictory for a person who has never had a BlackBerry with a physical keyboard in their pocket, but it is not because of the keyboard that this device surprised me the most, if not the high weight of the set marked my first impression.

In this case, the computer has a 4,5-inch screen with a 1620 × 1080 resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 eight-core processor, 3 GB of RAM and storage of 32 GB expandable with microSD card of up to 2 terabytes, The latest version of the Android Nougat 7.0 operating system has a 12 MP rear camera that takes photos really well and on the front it has an 8MP sensor. In addition to this, we find all the possible connectivity in this new device that tries to improve that 0% market share that the firm has today according to the latest studies carried out.

This new equipment surprises us by the implementation of the fingerprint sensor in the place where the space bar is located and by the possibility of scrolling through the keyboard as if it were a part of the screen, that is, the Backlit QWERTY keyboard responds to touch without pressing buttons and allows the user to move as if it were virtual. In short, a renewed bet for a firm that needs its loyal followers to be located in this current market.
