Samsung distributed 55 million Galaxy S7 worldwide

Galaxy s7 edge

El Samsung Galaxy S7, in its two versions, was one of the great protagonists of last year 2016 and continues to be so in 2017 although to a lesser extent, mainly due to the appearance on the scene of the Galaxy S8, which has also come in two very different versions. The differences are not too great internally, although externally and the price has risen one more notch, which at the moment seems to matter little to most buyers.

The sales pace of the Galaxy S8 is more than good, although the Galaxy S7 has set the bar very high. And it is that Samsung has officially confirmed that since the launch of the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy edge S7 has distributed a total of more than 55 million units worldwide.

These 55 million units distributed have made the Galaxy S7 one of the best-selling mobile devices of 2016, managing to sneak the Galaxy S7 edge in fourth place, and the Galaxy S7, in its normal version, in ninth place. The flagship of Samsung would only be surpassed by the different Apple iPhones in their different versions and that they are still the great dominated of the market as far as sales are concerned.

Now we have to wait to see if the new Galaxy S8 is capable of exceeding the figures reached by the Galaxy S7, although already at hand it seems quite complicated if we consider that the price has grown and the characteristics or specifications are not so different from the views in the previous flagship of the South Korean company.

Do you think the Galaxy S8 will manage to exceed the figures reached by its predecessor the Galaxy S7?.
