As announced from Samsung, this new memory not only has more capacity, but also his speed has also increased up to 4.266 Megabits per second which, in comparative terms, means that it is faster than a DDR4 RAM, memory that today we find in any computer or laptop. On the other hand, highlight its dimensions, 15 x 15 x 1 mm. Thanks to this single millimeter of thickness, it is possible to integrate it on the same PCB as the UFS memory and the processor.
