Send your iPhone content to TV without Apple TV

A few months ago I told you about iMediaShare, an application that allows us to show our favorite images and videos on our television with Chromecast or SmartTV. Today we are going to talk about another application that has recently been updated in the App Store: AllCast. Thanks to technology Apple AirPlay we can show the content of our device on Apple TV and Google Chromecast devices. This can help us, for example, to reach watch tv online for free in spanish.

If you do not plan to buy a device of this type, but If you would like to be able to show the content of your device on the Smart TV at home, we can make use of the AllCast application, with which we can send our favorite photos, videos and music to the TV directly without the need for these devices. 

AllCast is compatible is compatible with most existing Smart TVs currently on the market (LG, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic…), with Apple TV and Chromecast, it is also compatible with Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Xbox 360, Xbox One and WDTV. As if that were not enough, AllCast also allows us to send content that we have stored in Google +, Dropbox, Instagram and Google Drive to the TV.

But its use is not limited to the content of our iPhone or iPad but also we can send content that we have stored in our multimedia server, Plex for example, to our Smart TV if it does not have the corresponding application. In order to use this application, both the TV and the iPad must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

When we click on the video or image in question, a window will be displayed where the device for which we want to reproduce will be shown the content, we just have to press the selected device and enjoy on the big screen.

    Both applications mentioned worked perfectly on my Smart TV. In my case, AllCast did not work when it came to playing the songs from my phone on my TV, but as for the images and videos, it transmitted them fluently ... otherwise to iMediaShare but this app still seemed better to me, since in it I could reproduce my music without problems and everything else the same.
