This week the GoPro company has presented two new models of action cameras through one of its impressive videos recorded with the new models. This time we have among us the advanced Hero4 Black, baptized as GoPro Hero4 Black Edition; and Hero4 Silver Edition.
GoPro has set October 5 as the official launch date. We compare the main differences between the two new cameras and the cheaper model:
Improvements In Both Models
In this year's models we find that one of the main problems in this camera has been solved: the way we have to surf through it, which can become complex if we do not have an accompanying application for smartphones. In addition, the cameras will be able to capture audio with higher quality and improved Protune, both in the capture of photos, as in the video recording for scenes with little lighting. Now we can use the wifi button to bookmark videos during our recordings, a tool that will be very useful for those moments in which we find ourselves recording for several hours.
GoPro Hero4 Black Edition

This year's most "economical" edition also manages to record quality videos 4K but stays at 15fps, just as the GoPro Hero3 + did in its day. As for the photographic department, we stayed the same, with the 12 megapixel photos at 30 fps and the pertinent timelapse options. This model, unlike the most advanced, yes includes a touch screen which will make navigation through the camera settings much easier and allow us to see the results directly.
