Soundcore continues to work on offering high-quality sound alternatives and great functionality, how could it be otherwise. Anker's hi-fi audio section recently announced the arrival of this ultra-high quality Space A40 model, as well as the new Space Q45.

Materials and design: Made in Soundcore
You may like it more or you may like it less, but it's easy to identify Soundcore audio systems, Anker's sound section, as they have their own design and personality.
The box is quite compact, as well as its "button" headphones that continue to stand out from the tail that many other TWS headphones that are so common on the market present. With a matte finish on the box, something that I prefer because it gives it greater resistance, it has a series of autonomy indicator LEDs on the front and a USB-C port on the back for charging, next to which is the connectivity button.
We are testing the unit in black, although you can also buy them in white and a nice blue color. The headphones are simple, and the perceived quality of the box is quite high, especially considering the lightness of it.
Technical characteristics
To offer us high-resolution sound, we also have an armored driver and finally a 10,6-millimeter dynamic driver. It thus uses an ACAA 2.0 coaxial sound technology with active noise cancellation through a customization system including internal microphones.
To offer the best high-resolution sound, using its algorithms (hand in hand with the application) and HearID Sound 2.0 technology, the result we have obtained is quite high.
The supported audio codecs are LDAC, AAC and SBC, in principle we will have high resolution sound even though it does not go hand in hand with Qualcomm's aptX standard. It should also be noted that they are independent true wireless headphones, we will be able to use them separately without any problem.
We do not have complete information on the internal hardware in terms of connectivity, we know that it is Bluetooth 5.2 and that the aforementioned LDAC codec allows us to access Hi-Res sound, that is, with three times more data than the standard Bluetooth format.
The app is a necessary companion
The official app, support iOS and with Android, is the best company that can have the Suncore Space A40. With it and its specific version for headphones, we will be able to:

Undoubtedly, due to its complexity and its capabilities, the application is an addition that gives value to the headphones and, honestly, that has a differentiating value compared to the competition. I consider it strictly necessary to download the application to offer us the best results.
Sound quality and audio cancellation
The firm has decided to bet more on music, regulating its mids and basses somewhat better in this edition. Even though the vocal notes are slightly toned down, we still get some punch. We differentiate quite easily a large part of the instruments without any problem.
We have a solid base of mids, which will make the most commercial music shine, but which are much improved over previous editions of Soundcore, especially dedicated to extolling the basses, ideal for reggaeton or trap that abounds so much today. Rock lovers still have it quite difficult.
We must bear in mind that the LDAC codec is only compatible with Android devices or PCs, but nothing on the iPhone where we have tested them, although honestly, I have a hard time differentiating LDAC from AAC. The sound improves, from my point of view, when we turn off the noise cancellation.
The six integrated microphones with Artificial Intelligence make the noise cancellation of these Soundcore Space A40 extremely good and we have been able to appreciate that in our tests. Despite all this, we can take advantage of three different alternatives depending on our tastes and needs. what they called HearID ANC identifies the acoustic level of the outside and the inside of the ear, so we can adjust three levels of noise cancellation from the lowest to the highest depending on the type of noise we are perceiving. All this without forgetting the mythical “transparency mode”, which works like a charm.
Calls, games and autonomy
As for calls, we find a great result with little noise, so we can use them even in a more work environment than play. Despite this, it hasLatency reduction systems that we can manage through the application.
As for autonomy, we are going to get 5 hours with LDAC high-resolution audio, 8 hours with noise cancellation activated and 10 hours with noise cancellation off.
In addition to the USB-C charging port, we can take advantage of your wireless charging, as a good “premium” device that it is.

We have been pleasantly surprised by their audio quality, fine and detailed where we can find all kinds of harmonies and frequencies. Noise cancellation is outstanding, both passively and actively, and its good microphones have given a great response to the need to make calls or hold videoconferences. The Bluetooth connection is stable in all respects.
