We continue to collaborate with a brand that has various products on the market of almost all kinds, SPC continues to democratize technology at very reasonable prices that cover the needs of the majority of users. Despite the fact that tablets do not seem to be going through their best moment, they are still a very interesting product to consume content at home and away from it.
The new Stay with us has passed through our analysis table and discover all its characteristics in this in-depth analysis.

Package design and content
The first thing that surprises us about such an "inexpensive" device is that we are faced with a tablet with a metal body on the back, with the exception of the two plastic strips dedicated to improving 4G coverage, something common in this type of device. products. On the back we only find the logo of the brand and the camera, which has an LED flash. We find a device with a size of 166mm x 251mm x 9mm, relatively thin, while the total weight comes to about 550 grams, size has a lot to do with this. If you like this SPC Gravity Octacore you can buy it HERE at the best price.
- Size: 166 x 251 x 9 mm
- Weight: 55 grams
On the left side we find the microUSB port for charging and data transfer, a port for a microSD, the slot for the SIM card and a 3,5mm jack to connect headphones. Right at the top edge we will have access to the lock and volume buttons along with the microphone. These buttons are quite small, adapted to the thinness of the device, and with a fairly fair travel.
The tablet has left us good sensations to the touch, although we have a prominent frame on the front and we lack any type of biometric unlocking.
Hardware is very important in this type of product. SPC has decided to bet on sufficient hardware, in which we have almost all the possibilities, but adjusting the price in order to obtain a product as cheap as possible.
- Processor: Unisoc SC9863A 8-core (4 A35 1,6 GHz and 5 A55 1,2 GHz)
- RAM: 3GB / 4GB
- Storage: 64 GB + miroSD up to 512 GB
- Rear: 5MP with flash
- Front: 2MP
- connectivity: Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 5, GPS and 4G
- Ports: microUSB - OTG, 3,5mm Jack
- Battery: 5.800 mAh
- System operating: Android 9 Pie
We have tested the version of 4GB of RAM and we clearly find that the processor has limits when executing, for example, highly demanding video games. We are therefore faced with a tablet eminently designed to consume multimedia content, and little intention of creating content. Obviously it moves with agility in applications such as Facebook, Instagram and social networks in general, while the WiFi 5 offers good WiFi connectivity performance even with 5 GHz networks. We must be clear about the target audience for this product.
Multi-media display and content
We are facing a fairly large screen, We have 10,1 inches of IPS panel that stays in HD resolution, from my point of view the most negative section. A FullHD screen would have been a success and an almost round product. We have a final resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The absence of the FHD is noticeable, especially when we want to consume content on Netflix or Amazon Prime. For its part, the brightness that the panel reaches is not too high, but it is sufficient. The same happens with the viewing angles of the screen, the glass offers somewhat excessive reflections depending on what circumstances, and as happens in the cheap version of the iPad, we do not find a screen laminated to the glass.
As for the sound we have two speakers that offer a standard sound. We didn't find particularly high power, but no "canned" sound problems either. We clearly have a stereo sound that is correct for its price range. To consume multimedia content relaxed on the couch is more than enough. As I said before, the device lacks a little more resolution, it would have been ideal.
Connectivity, performance and autonomy
We must not forget that this Gravity Octacore from SPC has 4G connectivity, which will allow us to enjoy 4G speed outdoors. We have tested and the result has been identical to that of any mobile device in terms of coverage and speeds. This product can be especially interesting for trips to the beach or second homes during this summer, the 4G card of our mobile device it will allow us to take advantage of its characteristics. All this without forgetting that we have a microUSB-OTG adapter, so you can connect content directly from a USB storage.
Meanwhile 5.800 mAh battery it does a good job, around 9 hours of continuous video playback and browsing, especially if we don't demand it with video games or heavier processing tasks.
As for the cameras we have the appropriate resolution and functionality to scan some documents or make video calls. Without further pretense. The same happens with the performance in terms of power of the device, we are going to find ourselves limited with 3D video games that require great processing, The GPU is designed, as we have already said several times, to consume multimedia content and navigate, where this product stands out most given its connectivity options.
In short, we are facing an entry-level product with many possibilities, we have a good value for money, interesting finishes and above all very few limitations at a technical level, and we have 4G, a lot of storage, USB-OTG and a great autonomy in terms of battery. It is true that the screen is at HD resolution and that Android 9 is a bit outdated, but taking into account that we have for € 159 the version with 4GB of RAM and only € 135 for the version of 3GB of RAM memory is not nothing bad.
