The GoPro Hero6 is now official and allows us to record 4k videos at 60 fps

In recent years the GoPro company is not having what is said well. Although it is true that it was one of the first companies to bet on resistant and sports cameras, the Chinese market saw the success of this market and has filled it with much cheaper models with similar features, forcing the company to try to compete launching models with fairer features without success, so it returned to focus on offering quality, something that very few brands offer in this market. Nick Woodman's company has officially presented the new GoPro Hero6, a model that, as we announced a week ago, allows us to record 4k videos at 60 fps.

Currently on the market, we found very few devices that allow us to record in this quality without having to spend an arm and a leg. The new iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X are the only smartphones that offer us this quality, in addition to doing many more things, having a higher price and being much more fragile than the model that GoPro has just presented.

The company claims to use an image processor called GP1, a new processor with which the company has been able to jump the 30 fps barrier in 4k and pallow recording in addition to 60 fps in 4k, 120 fps in 2,7k and 240 fps at a resolution of 1080p. Stabilization has been improved with the help of a 6-axis stabilizer, two more than the GoPro 5, as well as offering a new HDR mode and a faster Wi-Fi file transfer rate than its predecessor.

The GoPro Hero6 will hit the market in a few days at the price of 569,99 euros, almost 150 euros more expensive than the GoPro Hero5. If you were looking for a quality action camera where the number of frames is essential, the GoPro Hero6 is the model you need.
