The sales date in Europe of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is October 28

note-7-1

A few days ago we shared with you all the news about the start of sales for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 7, without the well-known battery problem. Now after a few days we already have in our hands the official launch date that will take place next November 28 in the old continent. We already warned in the previous article that sales in the terminal's country of origin would begin on the 28th of this month and this for the moment remains unchanged, what we did not know was the exact launch date in Europe.

The firm launches the official statement in which we see that at the beginning of October they would have finalized the exchange program of all Note 7 models susceptible to the problem with the battery and that is why they set the start of sales in Europe at the end of this month. The same press release indicates that 90% of Samsung Galaxy Note7 users who have availed themselves of the replacement program in Europe have chosen to be replaced by another Samsung Galaxy Note7 and 3% have chosen an alternative Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

David Lowes, Chief Marketing Officer of Samsung Electronics Europe, insists on the message of tranquility to users who want to get a new Galaxy Note 7 and in passing appreciates their patience and loyalty to the brand. By the way, remember that all those users who have the launch model use the replacement to get a new terminal totally free. In the press release of the Samsung company itself we also find a section in which explain the reason for the withdrawal of the new Note 7 model:

On September 2, Samsung voluntarily halted sales and shipments of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 after an investigation revealed that there was an isolated problem with batteries from a single supplier.

Now everything seems to return to its course and we can say that the phablets of the South Korean company will be on sale soon. It remains to be seen if this incident does not affect the volume of sales and is that users may have some objection to the purchase of the terminal despite this is completely renovated and no longer has any problem.
