The next Mobile World Congress that will start in Barcelona in the coming days will be the first in many years in which we will not see the presentation of the new Samsung flagship, but in which we will see how LG, Sony or even Nokia present their new smartphones for this year. LG has already confirmed that it will officially present the new LG G6, which is expected long after the "failure" that the LG G5.
During the last days we have been learning many details about this new terminal, some provided by LG itself and many others that have been the result of several leaks that have occurred. Apparently the new LG flagship will have to settle for the Snapdragon 821, an enormously powerful processor, but one that will undoubtedly leave you with a disadvantage compared to the new Samsung device that will be officially presented on March 29.
Battery
In the last hours a leak has confirmed that the LG G6 battery will have a capacity of 3.200 mAh. It is not an excessive amount of mAh, but it is possibly more than enough to offer us great autonomy. In addition, according to the comments of Lee Seok-jong, communication chief of LG Electronics, the new terminal has improved very significantly in terms of autonomy, and also in safety and quality, something very welcome.
The battery or the processor will no longer be a problem related to the temperature of the terminal and it is that thanks to the incorporation of a cooling tube the heat dissipation will be much more efficient. This will undoubtedly avoid past problems or overheating in the battery that usually end up damaging it and incidentally give users a lot of peace of mind after what we could see with the Galaxy Note 7.
Iris scanner
Another feature that we can see in the LG G6 is the iris scanner, which has been talking about for so long. Rumors in recent days place special emphasis on this way of giving more security to our data and in general to the device will make its premiere, with the aim of offering new things that will make all users forget the failure of the LG G5.
Supposedly this iris scanner will not only serve to provide more security to the mobile device, but also to confirm payments through the LG payment service or Android Pay.
