Another step by Xiaomi to boost the sales of its devices in our country and is that this afternoon it announced the arrival in Spain of its flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 8. The not-new-to-launch device offers a high-end user experience with top model performance and a powerful dual camera on the rear.
The firm itself announces that it can be acquired from 499 euros in the official stores of the company Mi Store that has distributed throughout the territory and other large authorized stores such as Carrefour, Amazon, El Corte Inglés, MediaMarkt, PcComponentes.com, from next August 20.

With a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and Adreno 630 graphics, the Mi 8 is capable of handling the most demanding applications, including the latest 3D games. The device boasts a 30 percent improvement in performance, compared to the last generation, while consuming 30 percent less power. Has a 6,21-inch FHD + Samsung AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18,7: 9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 86,68%.
These improvements allow longer use of the 3400 mAh battery, which features Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ technology for fast and safe charging. It also has a 12MP dual camera with AI which has obtained a score of 105 points in DxOMark. The main sensor of the rear camera of Mi 8 has a large 1.4 µm pixel capable of capturing more light, even in low light conditions. For its part, its 20MP front camera.

We cannot complain about the arrival of Xiaomi to Spain, since in a short time the expansion of its stores and the sales of its products intensify with the passing of days. In any case, the most important thing for many of those present are the stores, since they can see and touch many of the products they have before launching to buy them. As I say, the Xiaomi Mi 8 models will start with a price of 499 euros. In this case, the two possible configurations will come and therefore the prices will be: 6GB + 64GB for 499 and the 6GB + 128GB for about 549 euros. Both models will officially arrive next Monday, August 20.
