WhatsApp for KaiOS, the operating system that the new Nokia 8810 carries

If a current mobile runs out of WhatsApp, it is out of the market. Why? Because calls have been in the background lately. The most common way users communicate is through the popular instant messaging service. What's more, voice messages are taking a deep dive among users.

One of the mobiles that the new Nokia presented in the framework of the last Mobile World Congress was the Nokia 8810, a terminal from years ago that became popular thanks to Keanu Reeves and his popular character "Neo" in the Matrix saga. Well, in an attempt to take advantage of nostalgia, they have reissued this model but under the KaiOS operating system.

WhatsApp KaiOS Nokia 8810

This Linux-based operating system is in for a surprise soon. Why? Well because from the web WABetainfo They inform us that the particular version of WhatsApp is being developed so that the application can run under this new operating system and that it is present in several terminals. Nevertheless, the most popular is the Nokia 8810.

Likewise, this type of terminal may go from being in the background or second terminal to becoming the first option in many cases with this type of initiative. And it's been months WhatsApp reported that it stopped supporting platforms such as BlackBerryOS, Windows Phone or Series 40 that was installed in old Nokia mobiles.

Por el momento it is not known when the final version of this application for KaiOS will be ready. Now, surely with this news more than one is willing to acquire this type of equipment as a more than viable alternative. Facebook is now available on this new platform. And the intention, as has been revealed is: "to open the doors to new opportunities in education, business and community building."

    Well, chapeau for WhatsApp!
Recently, they stopped giving us support (I am a Blackberry Classic user) to a few claiming that this way, they would focus on the majority platforms and that it was for everyone's benefit. Now they are considering making a version for 'four mobiles' that will be sold no matter how Nokias are, which I understand, that they will be much less than the blackberrys, nokias and others that are already sold.
When they want, they can. When not, they leave us there.

I was a blackberry classic user and then I went to the passport. Today I think it is the best operating system by far in terms of intuitive, clean, and battery performance, not to mention the quality of the build.
I think that WhatsApp stopped supporting this system, because Facebook was denounced for copying their messaging patents and as retaliation they stopped supporting it with the excuse that there were no longer users who demanded it.
Currently I have an elite 3 with windows phone and it is the closest thing to blackberry and I will continue using it until I can.
Over time, instead of advancing in technology, we go backwards and they want to make us idiot either with google or with ios.
