Sony bets on everything with the Xperia 1 II, a smartphone that is managed by the latest Qualcomm processor, Snapdragon 865, accompanied by 8 GB of RAM, RAM that seems a bit fair, as well as the battery to be able to manage a screen with 4k resolution with ease.
Today, offer a 4k resolution display makes no sense, since the battery consumption it offers is too high for such a small screen, despite the fact that it is increasingly common to consume multimedia content on the smartphone.
In the photographic section, one of the most important today in the world of telephony, we found three cameras: A 12 mp main with f / 1.7 and 24 mm aperture, a 12 mp wide angle with f / 2.2 and 16 mm aperture, a 12 mp telephoto with f / 2.4 aperture and a TOF sensor that is responsible for measuring the depth of field. The front camera reaches 8 mpx.
As expected, this new terminal will hit the market with Android 10 and despite the current market trend, Sony continues to bet on the headphone jack. The resistance of the terminal to external elements is limited to the IP65 / 68 certifications, resistance to splashes and dust that we can find in most smartphones on the market.
The Xperia 1 II allows us to record videos in 4K HDR format up to 60 fps, allowing us to manually adjust both the exposure and the white balance, something that very few terminals offer us today and that, without a doubt, is one of the strengths of this terminal.
