HHello everyone, a little over a month and a half (52 days) I celebrated with all of you the 10.000 page views in VinagreAssino.comIn that post I said goodbye hoping to tell you soon that the blog had grown to 50.000 page views. That is why today I want to celebrate with you that this figure has fallen during this morning being currently over 51.000 pages loaded and therefore being able to affirm that this objective has already been met.
EThis has meant a growth of more than 400% for the same period of time, which indicates that the blog is currently in good health. It has certainly helped the fact that it is updating almost daily during this period and the inbound links that the blog receives from other pages. Many of these links are from users who like what they find on these pages and give them as a reference on various sites. I want to sincerely thank all these readers who link the blog because they greatly help the growth of VinagreAssino.com.
Lhe most loyal users, who are few but very participative at the moment, will have noticed that the blog is constantly changing its design. The function was added to be able to send an email to a friend when you like any of the articles and today the possibility of include your website in the signature of the comments.
EI hope that this does not mean an increase in spam and that it simply encourages more people to participate in the blog, contributing their ideas or commenting on their doubts. By the way and I want to take advantage of the fact that this article goes beyond the normal theme of Killer Vinegar to share with you the following reflection:
ÚLately it has become fashionable to install a plugin in blogs that allows reward the most active commenters getting inbound links to your website. This means that if you are one of the most active commentators on a blog with a large number of pages and a good indexing in Google, you will get dozens or even hundreds of incoming links to your blog, some with a high PageRank. In principle everything seems great, Google finds out that you exist, you receive tons of inbound links and your blog becomes more visible to everyone. But what happens if you stop commenting on those blogs that send you so many links? Then suddenly and after the next indexing of the site that links you, all those links disappear as normal.
SIf I was an administrator of a search engine, and starting from the fact that these links can be identified as part of a Blogroll, I think you could identify this behavior as a defense against spam by the site removing the links and therefore you would have to review the rating of the site that has been unlinked. In any case, a supposed benefit could happen to receive some kind of «Bonus malus» by the sudden change in the number of links.
PFor all of the above, I am rethinking participation in sites that have this type of plugin. The solution may be to sign but not include your URL in the comments, thereby preventing whoever reads your comments from knowing more about you, or perhaps in modify the plugin Giving the commenter the possibility to participate or not among the most prominent commentators. Well I leave it in the air and it would be nice to know your opinion about it.
Vforgetting the issue of changes in the design comment that I had to remove the header for now VinagreAssino.com since I have been able to verify that it produced a rejection effect in many people. This blog is aimed at people who want to learn to use programs and who in many cases do not have much experience with the Internet. For these users to reach the page and find written «Murderer», on a pool of blood, it seems that they did not inspire much confidence.
