When renewing our monitor, in the market we have excellent options that we must take into account, not only because of its characteristics, but also because of its price. In recent years, AOC has managed to become a reference within the monitor market and currently offers us a wide range of products.

AOC has just expanded the range of AGON 3 monitors, thus reaching the third generation with the AG273QCG (compatible with Nvidia G-SYNC) and the AG273QCX (compatible with AMD FreeSync 2 HDR). Both models that are within AOC's premium gaming range and will hit the market throughout this month of January. Below we show you more details.

The AG273QCG model offers us a screen of 27 inches, with QHD resolution and a curvature of 1800R. It offers support for Nvidia G-SYNC and a refresh rate of 165 Hz with a response time of just 1 ms. By offering support for Nvidia G-SYNC, users who have a graphics from this manufacturer will be able to enable G-SYNC to eliminate tearing and stuttering so that the monitor's refresh rate matches the frames per second that the GPU offers us. The maximum brightness that this device offers us reaches 400 btis and built-in 5W speakers compatible with DTS.

The AG273QCG monitor offers us a 27-inch screen (68,6 cm diagonal) with High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology with a slight curvature, VA panel, QHD resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The brightness reaches 400 nits, offers support for VESA DisplayHDR 400 and is equipped with AMD FreeSync 2 HDR, which allows us to reduce the lag caused by low frame rate compensation and mapping, in addition to eliminating tearing and stuttering.

The VA panel has a contrast of 3000: and a DCI-P3 gamut coverage of 90%, which will allow us to enjoy brighter colors and purer blacks. The viewing angle is 178/178 degrees and it offers us a response time of just 1 ms. In addition, and if that were not enough, it integrates two 5W speakers compatible with DTS.

Both monitors share the same layout, with a XNUMX-sided panel without border to organize a set-up with several monitors. The AG273QCG model has a red angular base, while the AG273QCX model offers silver support that is fixed to the table.
