The Asian company FeiyuTech has launched a stabilizer - or gimbal - for sports cameras. This will make the images we record while we practice extreme sports or when it rains, much better and with less movement or vibrations.
More and more users want to get memories of all their achievements while practicing extreme sports. The best way to do this is not using a mobile phone, but a sports camera. There are many brands on the market, but perhaps the most popular are the GoPro. For these and others like Xiaomi cameras, FeiyuTech company has launched a gimbal that can resist water. His name is Feiyu WG2.
This gimbal is lightweight (less than 300 grams) and its autonomy is 2,5 hours. Likewise, the Feiyu WG2 is a gimbal that comes with different mounts to adapt to any situation. It is compatible with practices such as running, cycling, swimming, motorcycling, motor racing including water sports. You will always have to bear in mind that the maximum depth that you can reach is 0,5 meters. Of course, splashes of water or mud will not be a problem for this stabilizer for sports cameras.
El Feiyu WG2 can be attached to the steering wheel, a bicycle handlebar, a helmet, a tripod, a selfie stick or a harness to wear on the chest. Likewise, FeiyuTech also provides a mobile application that will connect the gimbal and the smartphone via bluetooth technology to control recording or taking pictures. This will be very interesting when the user wants to record timelapse in 360 degrees.
The Feiyu WG2 is now available for purchase and you can do it through its online store or via amazon. Of course, its price is not cheap: $299.
