Although it is true that men are more likely to adopt new technologies much faster than women, not all women are the same. A clear example is found in smartwatches, a recently created category in which we have always found since its inception large smart watches, smart watches that do not fit well on a woman's wrist.
If we search the market for smartwatches aimed at the female public, if I'm not mistaken, only the Apple Watch with the 38-millimeter model can be an option. No other manufacturer offers smartwatches of similar or smaller dimensions. Until now. Watchmaker Fossil has just introduced two new hybrid smartwatches for the female audience: the Q Neely and the Q Jacqueline.
The new Fossil models offer us a 36-millimeter dial and is designed specifically for women. Inside we find a hybrid smartwatch, with a traditional analog watch of a lifetime but with smart functions inside. With these two new models, Fossil expands, even more if possible, the catalog of smart devices trying to reach an audience that is not so used to rapidly adopting new technologies.
Despite its small size, both the Q Neely and the Q Jaqueline they do not reduce their functionality and they offer us the same characteristics as hybrid models that the company offers in the market, with notifications by vibration, monitoring of physical activity, control of music playback from our smartphone and camera, sleep monitoring ... The Fossil Q Neely and the Fossil Q Jaqueline will reach the market on October 22 and they will do so at prices of 155 and 175 dollars respectively. These hybrid models are compatible with smartphones managed by a version equal to or higher than Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 or higher.
