Nintendo may not make more units of the NES Classic Mini

NES Classic Mini

La NES Classic Mini It is one of those consoles, which without being anything of the other world, since let's not forget it is a replica of the NES that we could already play a few years ago, it has caused great expectation, being able to sell in exorbitant quantities. In addition, every time a few units go on sale, the stock runs out in a few minutes, leaving many users without the possibility of enjoying the video games of their childhood in many cases.

Now a rumor has alarmed all those who have not yet been able to get hold of a NES Classic Mini, and that is Nintendo could have put an end to the manufacture of its device. The information comes from a worker at Bergsala, Nintendo's Nordic distributor.

It looks like there will be a few more shipments and from then on the stock of the popular NES Classic Mini will no longer be answered. The information is not official yet, but it has also reached another Nordic distributor who has published the following message on their official Facebook page;

It's official now. The NES Classic has been discontinued according to Nintendo's Nordic importer Bergsala AB. This is tragic for us and for our customers, as we will not receive the order we placed in July 2016.

There will be deliveries in March and April and then it's over. We will be in contact with all those who are waiting, who will receive the sad news by email first.

We will continue to monitor the order queue and those in the top positions will receive the orders first. We can only regret this situation as we were told that we could fulfill all the requests soon and now the mixed message has reached us.

This measure could apply only to Nordic countries, something that will be tremendously strange. Without a doubt, if the cessation of production of the NES Classic Mini is confirmed, it will be very bad news, for Nintendo, but especially for the many users who are still waiting to buy the classic console from the Japanese company.

Do you understand Nintendo's decision to cease manufacturing the NES Classic Mini?.
