We return with the story that does not end, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 that does not stop burning. A few days ago we reported that a Galaxy Note 7 caught fire a few moments before the takeoff of a flight in the United States of America, however, all the alarms went off when the information indicated that it was a device already replaced, that is, a device that was supposedly out of the risk of explosion. Based on the latest information, it appears that the South Korean company was aware of the fact that some of its replacement devices were also exploding, so it seems a story far from over and that is affecting the prestige of the company.
There are three, at least that we know of, Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 devices that have suffered spontaneous combustion despite being considered safe devices, that is, they are devices that come from the replacement program. According to leaks, Samsung has not had the slightest intention of communicating that it was aware of the explosion of these replacement devices. One affected by the explosion of the device supposedly already replaced, maintained contact with Samsung services, and it seems that by mistake you received a message that should be addressed to someone else and that we copied:
Right now I'm taking care of this. I can try to stop him if we think he is going to give it importance, or we let him continue with the threat and see if he finally does.
It seems that this message is the one that the person in charge of assisting the affected user, Michael Klering, was sending to his superiors to elucidate about how to solve the situation. Klering, faced with these strange movements by Samsung, refuses to hand over the device to the company for analysis.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 continue to explode and pose a danger to public health, whether they are replaced or theoretically defective.
Is there danger with the Samsung galaxy s7?
