Tesla cars will be 100% autonomous from now on

It is clear that we still have a lot to see when it comes to Tesla cars, but this time Elon Musk's firm announces that all the cars they are making right now and the following will already have the new version of software and hardware necessary to make them fully autonomous cars. This time it is all models, not how it happened with the well-known Auto Pilot, which is initially reserved for a specific range of vehicles. From now on, Tesla cars will be 100% autonomous as they will include 8 cameras with 360-degree vision up to 250 meters away, as well as 12 ultrasonic sensors capable of detecting different types of objects and the frontal radar for moments of reduced visibility.

When we say that they will be autonomous, we mean that the updates that are carried out in the car itself, such as the implementation of cameras or more sensors, will serve to have better benefits in which in the long term it will be achieved through the software updates that these are every time more autonomous until reaching 100% autonomy, then the user will not have to do anything to drive, park, etc ...

Undoubtedly this is an issue that can bring controversy since we have seen an accident because the driver is not aware of the road, even unfortunately one of them fatal, but in short, these cars are really safe and although it is true they require improvements , Tesla is working very hard to obtain the necessary permits and licenses to reach this total autonomy, complying with all the security measures. They are actually very safe cars but being able to stop touching the steering wheel and pedals while driving can be misinterpreted and cause an accident.

Por el momento Tesla keep working on it and wait for all the necessary hardware components to be added to the cars and then will become fully autonomous cars.
