This is what Call of Duty: WWII looks like, the return of the saga to its roots

Call of Duty: WWI

About the fact that the Call of Duty saga is not having its best moment, it is hardly necessary to speak, in fact, regular users of the FPS have opted for direct competition in this edition, such as Battlefield 1 and even with its accessory version, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, a game that returned to a somewhat more simplistic system and where technical quality has much more to do with the result. Apparently, users are opting for less complex games in the options section. Well Activision has heard the prayers of the users well, and yesterday we presented this trailer of what will be Call of Duty: WWI.

And it's exactly everything you could imagine. This game will arrive at the same time as all the others, exactly on the third day of the month of November. Activision is forcing the annual launch of a series in circumstances in which absolutely no one would complain if the edition was extended for at least twelve more months. The trailer, as spectacular as we could imagine, does not show us any gameplay of what would be the multiplayer, but a few snippets of the campaign, recalling the old days of PlayStation One.

Weapons based on World War II, and stagings that evoke fond memories of those of us who have played the saga since the first of its releases. However, will it really measure up? The company has not wanted to show us what will ultimately be the core of our time in the game, the multiplayer mode. Nevertheless, what we surely won't have will be futuristic weapons and leaps into the void, but not a single word about streaks, MOABs, maps ... We will have to continue speculating and wait for the information that the company gives us with a dropper.
