In the case of physical stores in the country, the impact on sales is high, but those who take most of the cake are those who sell online.

If we focus on online sales, the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group is the largest and most profitable at this date. How can it be otherwise again have managed to break the sales record, surpassing 18.000 million euros in just one day, about 139.000 million yuan.

This was the ninth edition in which a good handful of online stores participate and among them we find the Alibaba group, which with 120.700 billion yuan collected in sales during the previous edition, they did not expect more than to equal that figure or even stay close to it . But quite the opposite, the campaign has achieved the absolute record and it is expected that next year the group will bet stronger on this date.

From twelve o'clock at night it started with various discounts and adjusted prices to encourage user purchases, in just one hour they had already managed to obtain almost 60 million yuan, which come to about 7.500 euros. This rate of sales increased as the hours passed and just before the end of the day it was announced that Alibaba Group was able to surpass the total obtained in the previous celebration of Singles Day, shattering the record.

Within the Alibaba group we find Aliexpress (it is the international version of the store) and that surely more than one of those present would buy something this past Saturday. In any case it seems that this year's campaign has been a real success, far exceeding the figures obtained in similar campaigns such as Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday.
