Amazon explores the idea of transforming its warehouses into zeppelins

Amazon

Just when I was reading the news this morning, the first thing I did was look at what day it was published and especially check United States Patent Office that I was not facing a joke since, since Amazon, a patent has just been published exploring the idea of taking part of the content of your warehouses to heaven by using zeppelins.

The general idea, as you can see in the image that is located just below these lines, is to develop a new generation of zeppelins that in turn would serve as motherships for a veritable swarm of drones who would finally be in charge of making deliveries to the company's customers.

Amazon patent

Amazon shows an impossible patent that shows the company's interest in starting to deliver its goods with drones.

One of the main advantages of this system is found in the form of circumvent current legislative restrictions And in this way, the drones do not have to all leave the same warehouse, center and cross the entire city at low altitude. In this way, the zeppelins would be loaded with goods in high demand on certain dates or events. Once in the air and located in a specific area of the city, the employees and crew of the aircraft would load the drones with the orders and send them to their destination.

A very clear example of this idea for example we have it in a concert or football game. In this particular case, one of Amazon's zeppelins would hover over the stadium and, through the use of drones, could serve snacks and drinks to all spectators. As a rather curious detail, apparently and once the merchandise was delivered, in order not to waste their batteries, the drones would not return to the zeppelin from which their trip started, but would go to one perched on the ground or directly to an Amazon warehouse.
