Amazon withdraws all Xiaomi devices from sale

This is one of those news that has been rumored for some time and that has finally become real news, Amazon has decided to stop marketing the smartphones of the Chinese company Xiaomi until the problems related to the charger adapters that Xiaomi includes in the devices that are marketed in the old continent.

For now, the problem of chargers does not seem to have as much force as it was said at first, it is more in the adapters that are used in these devices that arrive in Europe. Some reports warned of the danger of using certain chargers, but in reality this has been ruled out and there is talk of possible failures in the adapters that are added to mobile devices and therefore Amazon moves away from the possible problem by ceasing to sell these mobiles until a solution is obtained.

This way at first it reminds me a bit of what happened with the hoverboards that caught fire and that in the end Amazon decided to stop selling them in its store until a solution to the problem arrived and in some cases it even returned the money of those users who bought it and seeing what happened to them, they did not want it. On that occasion the Hoverboards caught fire when charging and it was a matter related directly to the battery, now with Xiaomi it is not a problem of the batteries, but the decision is the same.

After the measures taken with these adapters, it seems that there is no solution and that is why Amazon heals its health by withdrawing the company's devices from sale. Does this mean that they are going to stop selling them forever? No, it is expected that once the problem is detected, a solution will be found and they can be marketed again. Will I be able to buy Xiaomi devices in other stores? Well, you don't have to have a problem with it, always under your responsibility.

In any case, Amazon has to take great care of its image and this is a tough but mandatory measure for them, which does not mean that we cannot use power adapters or stop buying these Xiaomi brand smartphones. If we look at the Amazon website right now we will see that it is possible to find almost all Xiaomi products and accessories without problems, but when we look to find a smartphone we see that there are no results. Hopefully this issue will be solved soon since the Christmas campaign is just around the corner and not having stock of smartphones would be a serious problem for the brand and also for users.
