In reality, it is increasingly common for companies themselves to boast of these services and once they have sold us the smartphone we have to trust that they work. In most cases there are no problems when we are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but what happens when we run out of it? Well, with the new Anovo, the user has one more option to repair their device.
In this case, the Anovo machines, in collaboration with the Israeli company Cellomat, will be installed in some metro stations in the city of Barcelona -Plaza Catalunya and Universitat de Barcelona during the month of April- and they hope that this repair process will be easier and faster for the user. In any case the faulty devices will be available for collection in a maximum of 72 hours.
How these Anovo work
Its operation is really very simple. We arrive in front of the machine and we must enter the model of the smartphone that we want to repair and once this is done we have to type the problems of the device into the machine. At the moment the machine will calculate the price of the repair based on the model and the fault, if we are satisfied we will simply have to enter the smartphone and collect the ticket with the process tracking code, and an SMS and an email will be sent. Within 72 hours we will be able to collect the repaired device on the same machine and it will be at that moment when we have to pay for the repair.
On the other hand and if we want it we will have the option of bring us a loaner device while ours is being repaired. In this case it is necessary to leave a 100 euros deposit that will be returned to us when returning the smartphone and the total cost will be 10 euros.
Devices may even be repaired even if they have a warranty and that is Anovo company has managed to collaborate with several of the large companies to repair devices that have their warranty in force. In general, we are facing one more service to give life to our old devices as long as we do not go out of budget.
