Overall, the BLUETTI AC500 brings many significant improvements over its predecessor, the AC300. One of the aspects in which this is most noticeable is in power. The AC300 has a 3.000 W pure sine wave inverter, a not inconsiderable figure. However, the AC5000 raises it to 5.000 W, which allows its users cope with situations in which the demand for power is even greater.
Furthermore, while the AC300 can be paired with up to 4 B300 battery packs (thus reaching a total capacity of 12,288 Wh), the AC500 can do the same with up to 6 B300S* packs, putting the maximum capacity at 18,432 Wh.

Loading speed
By working simultaneously and in combination with an AC outlet and solar panels, the AC300 achieves an impressive input figure of 5.400 W. Not bad at all, but the AC500 improves it by offering us a maximum charging speed of 8000 W.
As a result of this, an AC500 system with 2 B300S battery packs only takes 40 minutes to go from zero to 80% charge. A speed that none of the competing brands is capable of matching. A very fast charge, but also very safe thanks to the long-lasting LiFePO4 battery that it incorporates.
