Cachedview is a small online tool that could help us to retrieve important information from a web page that maybe, it was already eliminated a long time ago.
Of course, we could not only use this Cachedview resource to achieve our goal, as there is also the possibility of using the Google search engine. If we are lucky we will achieve scrutinizing the waste that may have been lodged in the cache of your servers. If this doesn't work then our next step would be to use Cachedview as a pop-up alternative.
How to use Cachedview to retrieve information from a deleted page
We will assume that we know the URL of a specific page, which right now is no longer present because the blog or website that supported it was removed from all servers on the Internet. The first trick that we will perform is the following:
- Open your Internet browser (if it is Google Chrome much better).
- Go to the Google search engine.
- In the search space paste the URL in which you are interested.
- From the results, look for the little drop-down arrow that refers to the "cache."
The information from said URL will be displayed immediately, thus being able to retrieve the information that may have been published at a certain time on that website. The other alternative makes use of Cachedview, which is nothing more than an online tool that is supported by Google and a few other environments.
We just have to go to the Internet browser and go to the link that belongs to Cachedview. There will also appear a space where, we will have to copy the URL of that page that no longer exists currently. Don't forget to put the entire URL, which also represents HTTP. At the bottom, a few search options will appear, and you can try each of them if one does not offer us an effective result.
I couldn't find what I was looking for specifically, but instead I recovered several old articles from a page that was long ago deleted. I did it with CachedView.com Really, thank you very much.
Thank you very much, I thought I had lost my website and that was the way to recover my information and settings, in the end I did not use it but I have learned to use a new tool, again thank you very much
