A couple of weeks ago Apple announced a couple of replacement programs for iPhones. One of them was related to the failures on the touch panel of the device that was a bit strange since it makes users pay to repair the equipment (something complex to understand) and another one of batteries for iPhone 6s in which it echoes a failure with the first batches of these iPhone 6s that due to this failure cause the device to turn off randomly and completely involuntarily. Today Apple has already put the web section to know if your iPhone is among those affected For this problem.
This is something that Apple should have done at the time of launching this replacement or repair program for these batteries, but for whatever reason it did not. Now we simply have to access this section on the Apple website and put our country and serial number of the iPhone to see if we are within this replacement program totally free for the user. The serial number can be found in the smartphone settings in the General> Information option.
In this way, once entered, a message will appear in which we will know whether or not we have the iPhone affected by this failure. It is possible that you have already repaired it before and in that case Apple will pay you the full amount of the invoice. If adding the serial number your iPhone does not appear but you still have this problem, what you have to do is make an appointment at an Apple store or authorized store to record your problem. The safest thing is that despite not appearing in the program, if it has not been for some misuse of the iPhone, it will be repaired at no cost.
