As for the characteristics of the video that it can record, little changes and that is that the maximum recording is 4K UHD at 25 frames per second maximum, while in the quality of 1080, up to 100 fps is reached, to create videos in slow motion (In this case, the reason why 20 fps has been lowered is unknown and that is that the original OSMO records at 1080 and 120 fps for the slow motion). The photographs are still taken in the same format and in the same quality, JPEG and DNG (RAW), supporting up to 64 GB through the integrated microSD slot.
Finally, we talk about the star feature that has been inherited from the latest camera that DJI launched for its drones, the DJI Zenmuse Z3. The new one DJI Osmo + incorporates a 3,5x optical zoom (22-77mm f2.8-5.2) that makes the camera more complete. DJI has also incorporated a 2x digital zoom into its camera that does not generate any loss during video capture but in Full HD quality.
